Key Takeaways from Our “CEOs Live Play & Chat” AMA

Last Thursday, we hosted our first-ever "Play & Chat" AMA in style with CEOs (former and current). This was a special live session during which our community got to hang out with our new CEO, Nokkvi. We then dived deep into the GAIMIN ecosystem and the world of Gaming, with the CEO of Katana Inu in attendance. The CEOs played Katana Inu LIVE while discussing the key subjects and answering the community’s burning questions.

If you missed the action; don't worry. You can still watch the recorded version of the AMA here on our YouTube channel. In addition, we've got you covered with this article where we review the key takeaways from this insightful event.

1. New CEO but same mission for GAIMIN

In the AMA, we gave a warm welcome to Nokkvi Dan Ellidason, our new CEO; who has a wealth of experience and a passion for gaming and emerging technologies. While GAIMIN might now have a new CEO, the goals, mission, and roadmap of our ecosystem remain unruffled as Nokkvi is poised with the right experience and team to lead GAIMIN to even new heights in this direction. This leadership transition has always been in the plan for the company and is a tactical one needed to mark an exciting product and tech-driven chapter for GAIMIN. Our former CEO, now Executive Chairman, Martin Speight, expressed nothing but pure admiration and confidence in Nokkvi's vision, experience, and passion, which are all critical for leading GAIMIN into the future.

2. Who said Web3 games are boring? Games like Katana Inu are changing the narrative

We gave everyone a live-action play and introduction to Katana Inu, a Web3 skill-based combat game also live on the GAIMIN platform. This was no surprise for our active gamers, who are already exposed to the quality of games on the GAIMIN platform, but it was an eye-opener for the first-time audience: Web3 games are the truth, and GAIMIN (launcher) is the home for these cutting-edge games!

3. Gamers remain the backbone of the GAIMIN network

As stated above, our values have remained the same. GAIMIN is still building its decentralized cloud network around our gaming community. By harnessing the PC processing power of our growing gamer network, we're creating a more powerful and sustainable alternative to traditional cloud services. This means a more accessible and affordable cloud for clients globally and more rewards for gamers as we continue to grow our revenue.

4. $GMRX is more than just hype

We are focused on building real products and delivering real value, and $GMRX is still at the heart of all these, powering our entire ecosystem’s economy. Our CEOs reminded the community not to be caught up in the emotions that come with market trends but instead focus on the facts surrounding our token. The fact remains that the utilities of a token are what gives its long-term value, and in the case of $GMRX, one just needs to look at all the products and services GAIMIN is building and how $GMRX brings it all together to power an economy for the ecosystem. We remain committed to building real-world utilities for $GMRX because they ensure its stability and longevity. Our tokenomics strategy is designed to power an ecosystem economy, reward our community, and drive sustainable growth. We are not just about hype; we're about building a sustainable and innovative ecosystem that benefits everyone.

5. Web3 is the Future and Community is the Key

We're all in on Web3! GAIMIN is building a bridge between traditional gaming and the exciting world of blockchain, NFTs, and true ownership. We believe Web3 is the future of gaming, and we're committed to making it accessible to everyone. We love our community! Your support and feedback are invaluable to us. We're committed to keeping you informed and engaged every step of the way. Stay tuned for more AMAs, live streams, and community events.

6. Stay Connected!

Even though our Twitter account is temporarily suspended, we're still here; it’s just a minor setback! You can stay connected with us through our other various channels, in which we give updates on our respective business units. Check out all our platforms here to stay updated on all the latest news and developments on GAIMIN.

The future is bright for GAIMIN, and we're excited to have you along on this journey!

How Ecological Dispersal Inspires Distributed Infrastructure Networks

GAIMIN is at the forefront of a DePIN revolution, democratizing computing power and building a distributed network that's reshaping the digital landscape. But our vision is rooted in more than just technology; it draws inspiration from the fundamental forces of nature. This article explores 'Ecological Dispersal', the natural process by which life adapts and thrives through distribution and diversification. By understanding these principles, we gain insight into our decentralized network's inherent strength and scalability. This isn't just about tech; it's about building a sustainable, adaptive, and community-driven future, inspired by the wisdom of the natural world.

Southern Europe Blackout: How DePIN-powered Systems Can Stay Connected Even During Outages

On 28 April 2025, at around 12:33 CEST, a major power blackout occurred across the Iberian Peninsula, affecting mainland Portugal, peninsular Spain, and some parts of southern France. The outage was catastrophic, paralyzing the affected regions' transport, communications, and essential connectivity services. This event, which affected over 60 million people, underscores the vulnerability of centralized systems to single points of failure, even in the subject of energy infrastructures. It highlights how technical faults, supply-demand imbalances, or potential cyberattacks in centralized networks can cause widespread disruption. While this article isn’t about how GAIMIN is looking to decentralize the energy infrastructure industry YET, we can apply the same lessons from this event to the need for decentralization in our current industry - Computing. This is where Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) come into play. By employing decentralized nodes, DePIN networks offer enhanced resilience. This diversifies the computing power source for the system and eliminates single points of failure, ultimately ensuring a more robust and reliable network.
