GAIMIN, owner of Gaimin Gladiators (www.gaimingladiators.gg) is delighted to announce their DOTA2 team wins the ESL Berlin Major.

Formed just 18 months ago, the Gaimin Gladiators DOTA 2 team has rapidly propelled itself to become the world’s leading DOTA 2 team. Recently winning the ESL Lima Major and the DreamLeague Season 19 Grand Final, Gaimin Gladiators is the first team in history to win back-to-back Majors after winning the ESL Berlin Major over the weekend.

Next stage in global domination for the team is the qualifiers for the DPC WEU Division 1 Tour 3 with the Major to be held in Bali and participation in the Gamers8 Riyadh Masters with its $15m prize pool.

Joseph Turner, General Manager for Gaimin Gladiators stated, “This is a monumental win for the DOTA2 team. Last year saw the team play together for the first time and achieve some significant success, however in 2023 they have exceeded all expectations. The team has gelled and has achieved the notable success of being the first team in DOTA2 history to win back to back Majors.”

Martin Speight, CEO of GAIMIN added, “Our decision to establish this team to create an outlet for our brand and identity for our target audience has been completely justified. We must all congratulate the team and their managers on what they have achieved in such a short space of time.”

Joseph concluded, “It is important to understand the turnaround this team has gone through over the last year. Commentators are now using phrases such as “World class”, “superior team” and “dominating the game”. With some of the quickest game wins ever seen, this team is gaining traction and followers at each event. We cannot be happier for the entire team and what they have achieved.”

Finally, to commemorate this achievement, GAIMIN have released a range of limited edition Digital Gaming Assets (DGAs) for the Berlin Major which can be collected by downloading the GAIMIN app and achieving the minimum levels of connectivity to gaimin.cloud. These limited edition collectables extend the earlier collection for the 2022 roster and Lima Major sets. This Berlin Major set will be supplemented in the coming days with a limited edition Berlin Winners DGA. Collect these now whilst they are available, as the team progresses through tournaments, these early DGAs will be extremely rare and in demand from Gaimin Gladiators’ followers!
